I’m Shân Marshall, a fat bird who does yoga. I have limitations – I can’t get down on the floor and back up again so I sit on a chair and do adaptions of poses.
I started doing yoga five months ago and totally love it! My balance and co-ordination have improved, and so has my confidence and self-esteem.
